Meet Elko, NV Photographer

My name is CarolLee. My husband and I have been married for seven years. We finally have our own little bundle of joy who is the cutest little model. I love to photograph, ride horses, and spend time with my family.

I obtained a Photography Degree from Brigham Young University and I am constantly improving my craft through education.

Our goal here at CarolLee Jayne Portraits is to not only capture each stage of life for you to remember but to ensure that your images are presented in a beautiful way to be viewed time and time again. Because, let’s be honest, who goes and gets the laptop to show their friends their images? But I will tell you that nearly every person who sees my heirloom wedding album ends up flipping through the pages (and loving it).

I love seeing my family on my wall every single day and I want my clients to experience that same joy that family brings.

Our newborn studio is located in Elko, Nevada.

We also serve the Spring Creek, Lamoille, Carlin, Wells, and Battle Mountain areas.

Sessions happen either in-studio or on-location. Newborns are done in the studio while maternity and other sessions depend on a variety of factors including your style. During the Design Consultation, we decide what is best for you.

The Experience

When most people think of pictures, they think of a stress-filled shoot with some stranger. I never want my clients to feel this way. I want to get to know you and your individual needs as we create a custom portrait session. I want you to enjoy your images on a daily basis. Once you choose me as your photographer, I will help you walk through 4 basic steps.

1. The Design Consultation
   The Design Consultation will allow us to get to know one another. We will talk about how you want to display your images so that we can create the best experience for you and end up with stunning artwork that is exactly how you dreamt. You will get to see the art choices in person and we will plan the session together so you never have to stress about what will look good or what to wear. This is where we will ensure that your portrait session is perfect.

2. The Session

   Before the session you will be pampered with a gift of professional hair and makeup artistry. We will then carry out our plan to create stunning artwork.

3. The Reveal and Ordering Appointment

   The Reveal and Ordering Appointment is where you will view the images (usually directly after the session). We will choose exactly what you want so that you know you have what you love. When you leave this appointment, you will have art coming to your home without another worry.

4. The Delivery
   After your handmade artwork arrives from the artists who create it, I will make an appointment with you to deliver the images and can even help you install the artwork in your home if you so choose.

5. Enjoy your art every day as you walk past it.
   Okay. That’s an extra step. But this is the step you won’t have to think about because your art will become your favorite thing to look at.
